You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice. For each order, specify the delivery address if it is different from the address associated with your customer account (billing address). Nous proposons plusieurs modes de livraison en France métropolitaine : livraison à domicile (avec ou sans signature) via So Colissimo, livraison en point relais Mondial Relay (2 à 5 jours), et livraison express Chronopost (sous 2 jours avant 13h, samedi inclus). Les commandes sont traitées le jour ouvré suivant votre achat (lundi à vendredi). Pour les livraisons internationales, les frais de port sont calculés automatiquement selon le poids de votre commande, avec des délais variant entre 4 et 12 jours selon la destination.
For orders to be delivered in mainland France, there are several delivery methods: home delivery with and without signature provided by So Colissimo, delivery to a Mondial relay pick-up point allowing you to receive your order within 2 to 5 days, and express delivery via Chronopost guaranteeing delivery within 2 days before 1 p.m. (Saturday included). For deliveries outside mainland France, the amount of shipping costs is calculated automatically at the end of your order according to the weight of your order, and the deadlines vary according to the country of destination (4 to 12 days).

In mainland France, in case of absence at the time of delivery, a calling card is left to you telling you that you can collect your package from your post office (depending on the city, a second delivery attempt may be scheduled) . You have 15 days to collect your package before it is returned to the sender. In the case of delivery to a merchant relay point, you have 10 working days to make your withdrawal.
For Metropolitan France, the delivery time for standard delivery orders is 4 to 6 working days. The normal delivery time for express service orders is 2 working days. Your package may be in the process of being delivered or pending at the post office. You can be informed of this by consulting the postal parcel tracking website with the Colissimo or Chronopost tracking number which was sent to you by email.
