Master's Note
Black tea Anhua is the ancestor of Chinese black tea dating from the 9th century. This tea comes from tea plants cultivated in the wild and which have become a hundred years old.
Using a special fermentation method, the surface of the tea develops spores, called golden flowers. It is a kind of probiotic, which has many health benefits. The texture is thick and smooth and the aroma of golden flowers is delicious.
